We'll see a good amount of sunshine today as high temperatures soar into the mid 80s.

Bridgeport officially broke a record on Wednesday afternoon, with a high temperature of 82 degrees. The record to beat today is 85 which was set back in 2002 and we will get close!

There is a chance of a few showers late tonight and into Friday. Temperatures will start to cool as well, but they will drop more over the weekend.

A sharp cold front will bring more widespread showers on Sunday and temperatures will fall back to seasonable levels with highs in the upper 50s. And just a heads up a frost of a hard freeze is possible Monday night into Tuesday morning.
